Started to fool around with changing the visuals on some of the base elements. Need to add movable parts too!

Been working on plenty of stuff recently. Most of it is behind the scenes but now we’re getting to work on a few more of the visuals. One of the targets is a new (more obvious) teleport effect. The last one was waaay too subtle and noone understood it when play tested.
First I’d like to mention that I’m actually a really really positive person. I’m pretty much always happy and I love my life and wouldn’t change anything…… however……. indie game dev is depressing.

Recently we’ve been focusing on a bit of polish while adding various new levels and mission types.
One of the most useful additions are the missile indicator arrows. They let you know when you’re about to be bombarded with enemy units!

Still a few more things until it’s ready but it will be worth it in the end!
Over the past 48 hours I’ve been hammering my keys create a submission for the latest Ludum Dare.
The theme was ‘Tiny Worlds’ and fortunately I managed to complete something that slightly resembles a game!
